1. 适用范围与联系

本政策适用于 YOSHINN 提供的拾页 Paperkeep iOS 与 Android 应用，以及对应的官网。隐私问题、内容纠错或删除请求，请联系 support@yoshinn.com。

2. 本机处理的内容

你主动使用功能时，应用会在设备上处理所选照片和相机画面、标题与心情笔记、麦克风录音、书页布局及阅读设置。个人收藏和原始录音保存在设备本地，不会因为拍摄、编辑或回听而上传到开发者服务器。当前无需账号，没有广告、第三方行为分析或追踪 SDK。

3. 权限与平台差异

相机用于主动拍摄收藏；照片选择器仅用于导入你指定的图片；麦克风用于主动录音。拒绝权限不影响使用其他无需该权限的功能。你可在系统设置的应用权限中更改授权。Android 当前支持原声录制与回听，暂不提供录音文件转文字或接收其他 App 分享图片的功能。iOS 仅在你主动选择转文字时调用 Apple 系统语音识别。

4. 网络与系统服务

内置画册和本机收藏可离线使用。主动刷新官方内容目录、下载额外画册或打开外部来源时需要网络；这些请求不包含你的个人照片、笔记或录音。网站和内容托管服务为响应连接会处理必要的网络技术信息。外部网站按其各自政策处理数据。iOS 语音识别是否能在设备上完成取决于设备、语言与系统能力；需要联网时会先提示，由你决定是否继续，相关音频可能由 Apple 依据其规则处理，原始录音仍保留在本机。

5. 分享、备份与删除

导出图片、PDF 或备份文件时，由你选择内容和接收的应用或位置。你主动交给其他应用的文件按接收方的政策处理；请检查是否包含私人照片、笔记或声音。手动备份应妥善保管；应用没有开发者云同步。若启用设备系统备份，其处理方式取决于操作系统与所用系统账号。你可在应用内删除收藏和录音，也可在系统设置中清除应用数据。卸载、清除数据或设备故障可能导致内容丢失，恢复依赖你保留的有效备份。

6. 儿童与监护人

拾页也面向学龄儿童和家庭的收藏创作场景。儿童应在监护人指导下授权相机、照片和麦克风，并避免在作品或反馈中公开姓名、学校、住址等个人信息。应用不要求儿童注册账号，不向儿童投放广告，不提供陌生人聊天、公开社区或交易。监护人可管理设备权限、检查导出内容，并在本机删除照片、文字及录音。我们不会为广告或用户画像收集儿童数据。

7. 反馈与政策变更

如通过邮件主动向我们反馈，你提供的邮箱、问题描述和附件将用于回复与处理该问题。请勿发送不必要的私人收藏；可通过上述邮箱请求删除你主动提供的反馈内容。若功能或数据处理发生变化，我们会更新本页日期，并在适当位置说明。

This policy applies to the Paperkeep iOS and Android apps provided by YOSHINN and their official website. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact support@yoshinn.com.

2. Content processed on your device

When you choose a feature, the app processes selected photos and camera frames, titles and personal notes, microphone recordings, layouts and reading preferences on your device. Personal keepsakes and original recordings stay locally; capturing, editing or replaying them does not upload them to our servers. No account is required. The current app has no ads, third-party behavioral analytics or tracking SDKs.

3. Permissions and platform differences

Camera access supports photos you choose to take; the system photo picker imports images you select; microphone access supports recordings you choose to make. Refusing access does not prevent unrelated features. Permissions can be changed in system settings. Android currently supports recording and playback, but not recorded-file transcription or receiving images shared by other apps. On iOS, Apple system speech recognition is invoked only when you request transcription.

4. Network and system services

Built-in albums and local keepsakes work offline. Refreshing the official catalog, downloading extra albums or opening external sources requires a connection. These requests do not include your personal photos, notes or recordings. Website and content-hosting services process the technical network information needed to respond to connections. External sites have their own policies. On iOS, on-device transcription depends on device, language and system capabilities. If networking is required, the app asks before continuing; Apple may process audio under its own rules. The original recording remains locally.

5. Sharing, backup and deletion

You choose what to export as images, PDFs or backup files and which app or location receives them. Files you send to another app are handled under that recipient’s policy. Check for private photos, notes and voices before sharing. Keep manual backups safely; developer-operated cloud sync is not included. If you enable system device backup, processing depends on your operating system and system account. You can delete keepsakes and recordings in the app, or clear app data in system settings. Uninstalling, clearing data or device failure may cause data loss; recovery depends on a valid backup you retained.

6. Children and guardians

Paperkeep also serves school-age children and families creating collections. Children should use camera, photo and microphone permissions with guardian guidance, and avoid exposing names, schools, addresses or other personal information in exports or feedback. The app requires no child accounts, serves no ads to children and offers no stranger chat, public community or trading. Guardians can manage device permissions, review exports and delete local photos, text and recordings. We do not collect children’s data for advertising or profiling.

7. Feedback and changes

If you email us, the address, description and attachments you voluntarily provide are used to respond to and handle your request. Avoid sending unnecessary private keepsakes. You may request deletion of feedback you provided by contacting the address above. If features or data practices change, we will revise this page and give an appropriate notice.
