如何开始收藏？

打开或新建一本收藏册，拍照或从相册导入。拖动、双指缩放调整构图，挑选裁剪工具和花边后完成裁切，再把纸片放进书页。

如何编辑和翻阅？

一页可以放多张图片；长按作品进入布局编辑。左右滑动翻阅书页或连续查看单张收藏。在收藏详情的背面追加文字和原声录音。

相机、图片或录音无法使用

在 iOS“设置→隐私与安全性”，或 Android“设置→应用→拾页→权限”中检查相机与麦克风授权。系统照片选择器只会交给应用你选中的图片。具体菜单名称随系统版本不同。

录音为什么不能转文字？

Android 当前提供录音与原声回听，录音文件转文字暂未开放。iOS 使用 Apple 系统语音识别；识别能力取决于设备与语言，需要联网时会先提示。无论是否转写，原始录音都会保留。

如何备份与恢复？

在应用设置的备份入口导出本机备份文件，并妥善存到你选择的位置；恢复时选择有效的备份文件。当前没有云同步，卸载或清除应用数据前请先确认备份可用。备份可能包含私人照片、笔记与录音，请勿随意公开。

如何分享？

从收藏或书页的分享入口选择单张、整页或整册，编辑寄语，并决定是否包含私人笔记，再调用系统分享。图片和 PDF 带有官网二维码，原始录音不会自动放入分享图片。儿童应由监护人检查分享内容与接收方。

内置火花为什么与原图有差别？

部分历史火花图像经过 AI 辅助修复，题字、厂名、印章与细节可能有偏差。请在收藏详情中查看原版、来源和对照，不要将修复图作为历史考证的唯一依据。部分知识画册文字目前以中文提供。

How do I make a keepsake?

Open or create a book, then take or import a photo. Drag and pinch to frame it, choose a cutting tool and decorative edge, complete the cut, and place the clipping on a page.

How do I edit and browse?

A page can hold several images. Long-press an item to edit its layout. Swipe through book pages or individual keepsakes. Add notes and original voice recordings on the back of a keepsake.

Camera, photos or recording unavailable

Check permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security, or Android Settings → Apps → Paperkeep → Permissions. The system photo picker passes only images you select to the app. Menu names vary by system version.

Why is transcription unavailable?

Android currently supports original recording and playback; recorded-file transcription is not yet available. iOS uses Apple system speech recognition, which depends on device and language; the app asks before a required network connection. Your original recording is retained either way.

How do I back up and restore?

Use Backup in app settings to export a local backup file to a location you choose. Restore from a valid backup file. Cloud sync is not included. Check your backup before uninstalling or clearing app data. Backups may contain private photos, notes and recordings; keep them safe.

How do I share?

Choose a keepsake, page or book from the sharing tools, edit the message and decide whether to include private notes, then use system sharing. Images and PDFs include the official website QR code. Original recordings are not automatically included in images. Guardians should review children’s exports and recipients.

Why do restored labels differ from originals?

Some historical matchbox-label images were restored with AI assistance. Lettering, maker names, seals and details may differ. Check originals, sources and comparisons in the card details; restored images should not be the sole evidence for historical research. Some educational captions are currently in Chinese.
